This week I’m visiting my friend in Florida. She recently purchased two homes for a property. This was possible because these were more affordable mobile homes. She recently purchased two homes for a property. This was possible because these were more affordable mobile homes.

I was told that these newer models are just as sturdy as stationary homes.

I was also told that in Florida there’s no problem getting home owner’s insurance and any issues (which may be the case) is based on the year the home was manufactured.

I can see why mobile homes are such a popular housing option in many states.

You can get modern styles in a home that cost a fraction of a stationary home.

There are things that you will need to research throughly before taking the leap. It is still a home after all.
